NEET: New Hogwarts for Perfect Scores!
On May 5, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG) was administered across 571 cities, including 14 international centers, drawing approximately 2.4 million candidates vying for the 1,08,940 MBBS seats available at over 700 medical institutions in India. The announcement of the results sparked considerable attention due to an extraordinary outcome—67 candidates attained perfect scores of 720 out of 720, earning the top rank of air 1. Additionally, there were numerous candidates who scored 718 or 719 marks, which raised doubts and skepticism about the integrity of the results, with some considering these scores unlikely under the exam's typical conditions.

In a startling revelation, it was found that eight of the candidates who scored the All india Rank 1 are from the same examination centre in Haryana, with their sequence numbers being the same.
Parents of some of the protesting kids filed a complaint with Additional Deputy Commissioner Jind, asking for a probe into the alleged anomalies in the NEET examination.
