Central Board of Secondary education (CBSE) has invited online applications for the
Single girl Child Merit Scholarship Scheme 2025. This scheme is designed to encourage and support
meritorious girl students who are the only child of their parents and are currently studying in
Classes 11 and 12 after passing Class 10 from a CBSE-affiliated school.
👧 Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)The scholarship is exclusively for girls who fulfill the following conditions:Must be the
only girl child of her parents.Should have
passed Class 10 in 2025 from a CBSE school with
a minimum of 60% marks.Currently pursuing studies in
Class 11 or 12 at a CBSE-affiliated school.Must be a
regular student and not availing any other scholarship from CBSE.

₹500 per month for two years.The scholarship will be provided for
Class 11 and 12 studies only.The amount will be directly credited to the student’s bank account through the
