Do exercise regularly, go for a morning walk, eat a healthy diet, don't use drinks, have a reading habit of novels as a hobby, set goals, and finally talk about your problems with your near and dear ones. Without opening up your problems you won't be able to sleep peacefully and that causes major health problems. Sometimes this kind of emotional imbalance in your mind and soul will make you take up your life to an end.
