Pour warm water into a bucket and add one teaspoon of chickpea powder, 200 ml of milk, and a handful of rose petals. Milk softens the skin and removes dark spots naturally. Mix 2 teaspoons of Triphala Suranam, chickpea flour, and turmeric with rose water well. Then, apply this mixture to the dark-colored leg areas. After about 15 minutes, wash it off with warm water and a cotton cloth. By doing this you can get beautiful shiny legs. Before going to sleep at night, apply this on your feet and massage it very lightly, it not only relaxes your feet but also removes dark spots on your feet.
Mix one teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of ripe papaya and apply on both feet and massage well. After about 10 minutes, wash your feet with clean water. Doing this method once a week will give you good results.
