Bad cholesterol is what causes health problems. Good cholesterol improves heart health. Good cholesterol is required for the optimal functioning of the body. Because it removes bad cholesterol from your blood vessels. And, the great thing about it is that increasing the level of good cholesterol does not harm the health of the heart. It will be beneficial. HDL cholesterol works to build body cells. It sends dirty cholesterol to the liver to dissolve it and leave the body.

Chia seeds:

Walnuts:

coconut oil:
