Some people experience stomach problems, vomiting, allergies, skin problems, or stomachaches when consumed in excess. It is good for health not to eat them with mango.
Bitter Guard:
Bitter Guard is a stomach-friendly food and is very good for health on normal days. At the same time, mango is the opposite food of Bitter Guard. If you add Bitter Guard to your meal and eat mango on the same day, your health will deteriorate. When mango and Bitter Guard combine, it causes a reaction in the body. This may cause you to vomit, have diarrhea or have breathing problems.
Chilies: People who love the spice of chilies use chilies in their cooking even daily. The aroma it imparts enhances the taste of cooking. But if you include green chilies in your diet, don't eat mangoes with them. Also, avoid green chilies after eating mangoes. If people who already have stomach problems consume these, stomach-related problems will increase. There should be a gap of at least 3 to 4 hours between eating mango and chilies one after the other.

Water:
Do not drink water immediately after eating mango. Abdominal pain, acidity, and bloating occur. It is better to drink water half an hour after eating mango.

Do not drink soft drinks after eating mango. Due to this, the blood sugar level is more likely to rise immediately. Diabetics should not take these together.
