Since the Corona period, cases of heart attack have increased rapidly. Mostly someone or the other is falling victim to heart attack. Meanwhile, a shocking incident has come to light from Nagpur, Maharashtra. Here on saturday (August 17), a lawyer arguing a civil case in a district court died of a heart attack. It is being told that during the arguments, when the health of lawyer Talat Iqbal Qureshi deteriorated, Judge SB Pawar immediately took him to the hospital in his personal car, but Iqbal Qureshi could not be saved. At the same time, after this incident, there is anger among the lawyers that why medical facilities are not there in the court?

Fell down from the bench

According to the information, Qureshi reached the district court on saturday morning. He had to cross-examine in the court of Senior Division Civil Judge SB Pawar located on the 7th floor. After doing his primary cross-examination, Qureshi informed the court about issuing the citation and sat on the bench. While the opposition's lawyer was presenting his side, Qureshi fell down from the bench.

Seeing him unconscious, Judge Pawar immediately got down from his seat and without wasting time took the lawyer to the nearest hospital in his car, where the doctors declared him dead. It is being told that Qureshi's wife died due to corona, since then he lived alone. Both daughters are married. The atmosphere of the entire court is gloomy due to this incident.

At the same time, former DBA president Kamal Satuja said that 8,000 lawyers come to work in the district court premises every day. There is also a very large number of court staff. 30 to 40 thousand people come to the court daily for their cases. In such a situation, there should be ambulance and first aid facilities here. The government should provide first aid facilities here.
