
Worms in Cadbury... 50 lakh compensation!!!
Central and state governments are pushing for consumer rights in the country. If there are no customers, .. even many companies that think there is no market are giving them the highest priority. Sometimes mistakes are made by companies .. due to those mistakes, .. customers are in trouble. Consumer courts are in favour of them in this context. One such pictorial case has come to light in Karnataka. The customer who bought the expensive (Rs. 89) chocolate from the famous international chocolate giant, Cadbury's, saw the dots. When I opened the chocolate, I saw worms in it. The customer who was frustrated with this at once .. filed a case. However .. this happened in 2016. But... .. the verdict came fresh.

Cadbury called customer Care and told them about it. With this, the staff suggested giving back the worm-infested chocolates. Kedia refused and sent them photos of chocolates with worms. However, Kedia claims that the Cadbury company did not respond as expected.
He then approached the Urban district Consumer court in Bangalore on october 26, 2016. Cadbury, along with the head of the quality department at Mandalay india Foods Pvt. They demanded an order to pay compensation of Rs 20 lakh to Rs 50 lakh for their negligence. The Consumer court, which has taken the case seriously, has been hearing it for a long time. Confirmed the presence of worms in the chocolates.
