Spain's parliament has now approved a new bill allowing women to take paid leave during their menstruation. Opposition to this law?
 Although the law is laudable, it has been opposed by some trade unions in Spain. The UGT (Unión General de Trabajadores) or organization has raised a voice of displeasure over the law and they are expressing the opinion that it is not beneficial. Many people have started highlighting the fact that vacations during menstruation will have direct consequences on both the professional and private lives of women.
