High blood pressure is a dangerous disease, a research claims that only in india 1 out of 4 people is a victim of high blood pressure. Now in such a situation, special care should be taken to stay away from those things which trigger high blood pressure or work to increase it, let us know about some such things.

It is a big mistake of the people that due to the deficiency of vitamin D only the problem of weak bones and hair breakage comes in the body. Hypertension risk is increased by vitamin D deficiency.  Also, it is related to heart health, that is why having plenty of vitamin D in the body can prove to be beneficial for the body.

And fast food like chips, cookies, canned soups contain excessive amount of sodium. This directly triggers high blood pressure, due to which it draws more salt and water from your body. 

In today's time, everyone keeps himself entangled in work first and then in social media. Because of which people like to be alone. Where earlier everyone used to talk together, now it is limited only to the phone. Well there is no doubt about it. This is directly related to weight gain and increase in blood pressure.
