These activities not only keep you active but also provide you the chance to create lifelong memories with your loved ones. Additionally, consider volunteering to assist with physically demanding tasks like meal preparation or decorating setup. Exercise of any data-size adds up and helps counteract any additional calories that may be consumed during holiday feasts.
3. Eat everything, but watch portion data-sizes: There's a common misconception that some dishes should be totally avoided throughout the christmas season. However, moderation and portion control are more important than complete abstention. Giving up your favorite holiday treats might lead to overindulgence in the future. Rather, allow yourself to enjoy smaller portions of these mouthwatering treats.
4. Go green: When deciding what to include in your meal, prioritize vegetables, lean meats, and nutritious grains.
