Many tasks have become easier with technology. The advancing technology is proving to be helpful in saving time, labor and money. However, some problems are also coming to the fore due to technology. For example, look at these cases related to traffic rules, where people are getting challenged even after following the rules.

AI cameras have made the work of traffic police easier

The traffic police in the country is using AI-equipped cameras on a large scale to ensure proper compliance of the law. In Bengaluru, known as the Silicon Valley of India, the use of tech is natural. In many cities including Bengaluru and mysore in Karnataka, the traffic police is using AI cameras. AI cameras have made it easier for the traffic police to enforce the rules.

Whether it is driving in the right lane, riding a bike with a helmet, wearing a seatbelt while driving, cameras have made the work easier in many such cases. Due to the fear of AI surveillance camera, people are following these rules properly, because as soon as there is a violation, the picture is captured in the camera and a challan is issued, which leads to a loss of thousands of rupees.

This tech professional's challan was issued

Keshav Kislay, who works in an IT company in Bengaluru, had to data-face trouble due to AI technology. One day he went out and the traffic police camera took the picture and issued a challan. The challan was issued for not wearing a seatbelt. Now Keshav is surprised that he always drives with a seatbelt. He was wearing a seatbelt that day too. Still, how did his challan get issued?

This is how the seatbelt challan was cancelled

Actually that day he was wearing a black coloured T-shirt. Due to the colour of the T-shirt being black, the camera could not detect the seatbelt. Due to this, Keshav's challan was issued. He raised this matter on the social media platform X. After the matter came to the notice of Bengaluru traffic police, they asked him to report the complaint through email. When Keshav emailed all the details, his pending challan was cancelled after 5-6 days.
