"Don't Pull down other movies as my movie is doing well.."

SIBY JEYYA
Since the release of his film kgf 2, yash has been a big topic in the film industry. The audience has made the film a hit, and based on the numbers, the trade and media are promoting the film to the point that it has surpassed the box office earnings of several hindi blockbusters in Bollywood. yash is entirely opposed to this style of reporting, claiming that one should not criticise other films while his own is performing well.
He goes on to say that if dangal made 375 crores in hindi, it is a fantastic achievement, and that no one should belittle it because the money those films made at the time they were made was enormous. yash further claims that a picture that makes 15 crores on a budget of 5 crores is a mega-blockbuster since it has generated three times the profit.
I'll be delighted tomorrow if my film just makes 10 crores since I know that's the number of people that like it. He feels that the number game is extremely dangerous, and that one should not judge a film's success solely on the basis of its box office receipts. Listening to all of this, it's evident that yash has a very humble approach to analysing his success, and that each of his films will not make the amount of money that kgf 2 is currently doing.
