According to Imran's bail petition, the government has filed 17 FIRs against him so far.
Former pakistan Prime minister imran khan has been accused of threatening women judges and senior police officers during a rally on saturday (August 20, 2022). The police have registered a case against him under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act. imran khan has approached the Islamabad high court to ensure that there is no arrest in the case related to terrorism. At the same time, his supporters have announced a sit-in to save him.
It has been told in the petition that the government has crossed every limit to get imran khan arrested in the fake case. According to Imran's bail petition, the government has filed 17 FIRs against him so far. Of these, the recent one is politically motivated in which they have been implicated with malafide intentions and fraudulently.
Imran had told him, "Jeba be ready, we will take action against you."Based on these statements in the FIR, it was said that Imran has tried to terrorize the police and for this reason, a case has been registered against him under the Anti-Terrorism Act. Meanwhile, PTI leaders have come out in support of Imran.
