home loan from
hdfc at an interest rate of 8.65 percent. As your
home loan interest rate increases, the monthly EMIs debited from your
bank account will also increase. So far most banks have increased the loan term due to the RBI interest rate hike and now they are increasing the EMI amount.
Borrowers with a credit score below 800 will be charged an interest rate of 8.95 percent to 9.30 percent depending on their credit score, financial situation, and whether they are salaried or self-employed. From May 2022, the RBI has set its benchmark interest rate, the repo rate, at 225 basis points. have risen.
This has also been imposed on
customers by banks and non-banking financial institutions like HDFC.

january 31, 2023.
This is 15 basis points lower than its current rate of 8.90 percent. Similarly,
icici bank is offering
home loans at 8.75 percent to those with credit scores of 750 and above, valid till
december 31, 2022. But this is against its regular rate of 8.95 percent.
