INSIDE STORY: Why is Chiranjeevi staying away from reality?
Megastar Chiranjeevi is coming back to films with his Prestigious 150th film, Khaidi No:150. The movie is being prepared for Sankranthi 2017 release. Chiranjeevi had pinned high hopes on the film to bring back his lost glory due to politics. But then the temptation to make two boats journey is complicating things.
While Mega fans are eagerly waiting for the film, Chiranjeevi is participating in Kapu Caste meetings. For the benefit of Congress party, he is sailing with Kapu Strongman, Mudragada Padmanabham. Mega fans are worried about this working against his filmy fortunes when the movie releases for Sankranthi.
"I do not know what he is trying for. His political career is finished. Congress will not even renew Rajya Sabha membership the next time. He better realize the reality," a mega fan opined. Some of them hoped that he will resign from Congress and support his brother, Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena Party.
The recently released First Look Poster and Motion Poster of Khaidi No:150 have got tremendous response from the fans. The movie is being readied for Sankranthi 2017 release. Khaidi No: 150 is the official remake of Tamil blockbuster, Kaththi starring Vijay. VV Vinayak who recently bagged a failure with Akhil - The Power of Jua is given the chance to direct the film, despite the failure. Ram Charan and his mother Surekha are producing the film on their Konidela Productions Banner.
