Bollywood's commercial director Rohit Shetty has recently heaped praises on South Indian movies and has openly accepted that Bollywood is slowly deteriorating. 2017 has been too worse for Bollywood as the industry has just produced less than 5 notable movies.

Rohit Shetty who is currently shaping up the sequel to Golmaal franchise said, "South films are doing very well because they are making Indian films, South is making "Indian" films. Here, we don’t know what we are doing.

We are confused whether to make Iranian films, Hollywood films or films that cater to social media or that media or this media. Everybody is confused." Earlier, Sanjay Dutt also did the same. He openly admitted that the making of 'Vivegam' took him by surprise.
