Sandalwood beauty Rashmika Mandanna, who stormed into tinsel town, scoring back to back blockbusters in Kannada, like Kirik Party, Anjaniputra and Chamak, later ventured into Tollywood. and scored a superhit on debut, with the campus romantic entertainer, Chalo with Naga Shourya.
While the actress was supposed to play the lead role in Allu Arjun's naa Peru Surya, she had to miss out on the opportunity. Nevertheless, the actress was constantly flooded with offers, as she was roped in to play the female lead opposite the sensational Vijay Deverakonda in an untitled family movie by Parasuram, which is progressing rapidly.
Now, the actress has been signed to play the romantic interest of Vijay Deverakonda again, in an action thriller directed by debutant Bharath Khamma, and now, it has been revealed that Rashmika Mandanna, will be seen playing a sportswoman in the movie. This project, will begin rolling in Summer, and will have Vijay Deverakonda as a Kakinada based college goer, and will speak in East Godavari accent.
