Actor vishal was last seen on screen in the disastrous movie ayogya directed by debutant venkat Mohan and the movie also starring Parthiepan and Rashi Khanna was a huge disastrous outing and critically also was a failure.
Next, he was seen in 'Action' movie directed by sundar c and co-starring milky beauty tamannaah and aishwarya lekshmi as female leads and the movie is an action thriller with terrorism based message and theme.
Now it has been revealed that he'll team up with director samuthirakani for a movie which will be based on the classic novel Sivam by renowned writer Indira Soundarrajan and it must be noted that vishal and samuthirakani acted as brothers in Suseenthiran's Paayum Puli. nidhhi agerwal has been confirmed to do the female lead role.
