Superstar Rajnikanth in Dhanush next
Superstar Rajnikanth recently had a release in the form of his 167th movie darbar, helmed by AR murugadoss, and with the recently released movie receiving poor reviews. Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, darbar got released on january 9.
Rajnikanth had last week started shooting for his 168th movie helmed by Siva, which is bankrolled by sun Pictures and the team started with a song shoot done in the popular Ramoji Film City.
Buzz is that Superstar Rajnikanth might join hands with dhanush for the second time post-Kaala for his 169th flick which might be bankrolled jointly by dhanush and kalaipuli S Thaanu, and an official confirmation is awaited in this regard.The raw and realistic gangster drama Pudhupettai helmed by the critically acclaimed maker Selvaraghavan and starring dhanush, sneha and sonia agarwal had celebrated its 13th anniversary of release recently. The movie was a flop at the Box-Office, but it got unanimous praises. Pudhupettai had music by yuvan Shankar raja and cinematography by Arvind Krishna, and despite top-notch making the movie was a failure at the box office and now Rajini new movie is expected to be in similar lines.
