Vishal's long pending MGR to release on OTT finally
Vishal has acted in a movie titled 'Madha Gaja Raja (MGR) long back and the movie was completed by 2012 itself. The movie was written and directed by Sundar. C and it features vishal in the lead role. anjali and varalaxmi sarathkumar are the two female leads and it also features santhanam and nithin sathya in the supporting roles.
This movie also features Cricketer Sadagoppan Ramesh, Manobala, Swaminathan, Lollu Sabha Manohar as part of the casting. The movie has music by vijay antony and cinematography by Richard.M.Nathan. KL praveen has handled the cuts. gemini Film Circuit has produced the movie. Actor arya has also done a guest appearance in the movie. The movie had huge expectations as Sundar. C is known for his comic style of movie-making with the perfect blend of commercial aspects infused into it.
The makers have released several release dates and none of them materialized. In 2015, it was announced that Sri Obuleshwara Productions had secured the distribution rights for the telugu dubbed version of the film. But even that never materialized. Now, the movie is all set for a release on OTT space. An official word regarding this release will be made soon.
