Acharya release postponed to August due to COVID second wave
'Acharya' is an upcoming telugu action film written and directed by koratala Siva. The movie is funded by Matinee Entertainment and konidela production Company. The movie features chiranjeevi in the male lead role. kajal aggarwal does the female lead role. Mega Powerstar ram charan does a crucial role in this movie and along with him, pooja hegde will also be seen in an extended cameo role.
The movie also features sonu sood, Saurav lokesh, vennela Kishore, Satya, tanikella bharani in supporting roles. The movie has a strong technical team comprising Tirru for Cinematography and mani sharma for Music. naveen Nooli provides the cuts. Just like other tollywood movies, Acharya shooting is also stalled due to the increasing positive Corona cases. The team is yet to complete 20% of the remaining shoot and the team stalled the shooting as they don't want to put hundreds of lives at risk..
In this case, there are reports that the second wave of Corona might reduce by May end or june first week. The team is now planning to restart the shooting accordingly and they have planned to release the movie by August. The final call will however be taken only after the complete wrap-up proceedings. The final leg of shooting will be shot in a single schedule without any break.
