Toofan starring Farhan Akhtar to premiere on Amazon Prime.
The movie Toofan was rumoured to be released on the OTT platform a few months ago. The film was earlier scheduled to release digitally on May 21. But due to the Corona epidemic, it was pushed forward. Now it will be released on July 16 on the amazon Prime video platform. The movie is directed by Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra, Farhan will be seen in the role of a boxer in the film. Mrunal Thakur, paresh rawal and Vijay raj will also be seen in pivotal roles in the film.
Farhan took it to social media to announce the release of the movie. The movie is about famous boxer Aziz Ali. This inspirational narrative follows the life of Ajju, an orphaned child from Mumbai's Dongri neighbourhood who grows and become a local thug. His life is turned upside down until he encounters Ananya, a brilliant and caring young lady whose faith in him inspires him to pursue his dream of becoming a boxing champion. The Shooting of the film was started on 26 august 2019 and was completed by march 2020. Let's catch the Punch action on the coming 16th of July.
