A Judge appointed by HC to resolve issues between Shankar and Lyca
We all knew about the tussle between director Shankar and Production house LYCA as the shooting of 'Indian 2' is stalled without any notice after the crane accident at EVP Film City a few months back. However, director Shankar never resumed the shooting after that and soon he announced his next set of projects with ram charan and Ranveer Singh.
This made lyca productions angry and they started to vent their rage against director Shankar. Two cases were filed against him in chennai High court and hyderabad Civil court and a stay was issued for director Shankar. Now, chennai High court has ordered retired judge R.Banumathi as an intermediary between these two parties and resolve this issue.
The chennai High court will announce the verdict after R.Banumathi submits her report to the senior judge in the High Court. If these amicable talks ended in a positive manner, all the issues will be resolved without any problems. If not, the court will make a decision based on her reports and the issues may or may not be sorted out. Only time will reveal how this tussle between director Shankar and LYCA will end!
