Will Siddharth Twitter Account be Blocked?
Siddharth from Rang De Basanti and Mani Ratnam's multi-starrer Aayutha Ezhuthu has made the news for all the bad purposes yet again. The actor tweeted in response to ace badminton player Saina Nehwal's tweet regarding prime minister Narendra Modi's latest security breakdown in Punjab, saying, "The world's most subtle cock champion... Thank god for India's guardians. Rihanna, you should be ashamed of yourself."
Siddharth is getting slammed all over the place for making a harsh remark about Saina. His remark has also been criticised by a number of celebrities. While facing flak from social media users, Nehwal replied to Siddharth's post by admitting that he should have explained himself better. I'm not sure what he was getting at. According to recent reports, the National Commission for women (NCW) has requested the lodging of a FIR against the performer for his "lewd and misogynist" remarks against Saina in a letter to maharashtra and tamil Nadu police officials. She also requested that Siddharth's account be blocked by twitter India.
