It has been more than a month and a half since the release of the mass movie 'Akhanda'. It still amazes everyone and all film fraternity that this movie is still making an impact at the box office. Usually, two or three weeks after their release, many films have lost their box office collections.

 But, akhanda is still a sensation in theatres amidst covid-19 too. The theatrical run is completed in a matter of days. In such a situation it is unthinkable and also magical to walk with the house fulls on the weekends even after days of this ‘unbroken’ month. Even now, the film is getting significant revenue in the states of ap and Telangana. The film is grossing over all the new films released for Sankranthi.

 Sources said that 'Akhanda’ is going to celebrate its 50 days celebrations soon and is also running in more than 50 centers. Good occupancy was seen in all its centers. It is a sensation that steps are being taken towards the 50 days celebrations in so many centers. The movie 'Pushpa' which came after this, came on amazon Prime a week ago and joined the 'Akhanda' run.
