Vinod's Exclusive: Negative role for Ajith in AK61!

None of the films directed by H. Vinod, such as 'Sathuranga Vettai', 'Deeran Adhikaram One' and 'Nerkonda Parvai' is just in the row of an ordinary flick.

The flick valimai, staged by H. Vinod and starring ajith kumar, is coming out amidst huge expectations. We talked about the film and its journey.

How were these two years, from the start of the valimai film until its release?

It was very stressful and we had originally planned to release for Deepavali. But, the shooting did not end till next Diwali. Then, it was postponed again in the hope that the film would be released for Pongal.

The little light will be visible, but, it will turn off immediately. This corona period was a great struggle not only for cinema but for all sectors. The film industry is just beginning to recover.

Fans and the general public of all cast should support the valimai film without spreading unnecessary negative things at such a time. Tell me if you liked the picture and please do not make unnecessary negative reviews. That was the antidote to the depression we were facing at the time of the government.

You have started the next film with ajith ... What kind of things can you expect in 'AK61'?

This film speaks to one thing I see as the biggest social problem.

Ajith is going to play a character who is a bit negative without being completely negative. I guess we don’t talk a lot about it until the valimai release.
