Valimai OTT Release Date - Sooner?
Valimai is Thala Ajith's most significant film to date. Unfortunately, the picture has received mixed reviews, but the action sequences are excellent. The picture appeared to be half-baked, since the first half was enjoyable but the melodrama in the second period appeared to be tedious. boney kapoor, on the other hand, has made a tidy profit after selling the distribution rights to Zee for a whopping 65 crores. The major question now is when the film will be available on OTT.
Valimai is expected to be released around the third or fourth week of March, according to sources. The film is doing well in tamil over the weekend, but things are looking tight in telugu states now that bheemla nayak Hungama has begun. Karthikeya, a telugu icon, played the antagonist in Valimai, and ajith was seen in an aggressive avatar for the first time in ages. The bike acrobatics were entertaining, but even an expert like H Vinoth couldn't redeem the movie.
Ajith is still a crowd puller and the movie has made 39 Crores on Day one beating Rajini's 'Annaatthe' and has entered the new era of movies. The movie is lapped by tamil audience and is expected to do well even in the forthcoming days.
