Disney will prove everyone wrong with Avatar 2

Despite much scepticism among the general public, avatar 2 is a surefire hit. Viewers have been hesitant about the sequel because it has already been a decade. Regardless, 20th Century Fox CEO Steve Assbell revealed in a recent interview how Disney plans to re-ignite interest in avatar 2. He also does not believe "it will be difficult to persuade people to return," proving the doubters and uninterested audiences wrong.

Apart from the time difference between the films, avatar 2 has a negative reputation for a variety of reasons. To begin with, the original film's storey isn't particularly noteworthy. Given how most of today's blockbusters are made with similar technology, the novelty of its CGI, which was then its greatest asset, has already worn off and become conventional. Furthermore, entire cinematic franchises have been formed in the time it took to make avatar 2, making james Cameron's initial work all the more useless and forgotten.

As a result, despite Avatar's reign as the highest-grossing film of all time — momentarily unseated by Avengers: Endgame — public interest in the sequel has begun to wane. Disney, on the other hand, is confident that it can reverse the trend. After all, avatar has had a greater impact on film than most people realise, and its sequel will undoubtedly be influenced by it. james Cameron's filmography, which has established him as one of the best blockbuster filmmakers of all time, speaks for itself. He has a track record of making commercially successful sequels, so he should be able to bring this skill and assurance to avatar 2.
