RRR directed by rajamouli has grossed over Rs 1000 crore in the 16 days since its release. It has set a new record of Rs 1000 crore in just 16 days of its release. Earlier, only two films, bahubali and Dangal, had grossed over Rs 1000 crore, while rrr has joined the ranks. With this achievement, rrr has become the third highest-grossing indian film.
RRR and bahubali directed by rajamouli have been a hit in theaters. The rrr film is based on the lives of two freedom fighters, Alluri Sita ramaraju and Komaram Bheem, who lived in the 1920s. The film stars tollywood top actors ram charan and jr ntr in the lead roles.
Along with them, alia bhatt, Shreya Charan, ajay Devgan, Samuthirakani, and many others have played important roles. The film was released in all regional languages including Hindi.
In this case, the film, which was released on march 25, has grossed hundreds of crores to date. Earlier, the film had grossed Rs 700 crore in just 6 days of its release. It is noteworthy that this was the sixth film in the history of indian cinema to gross Rs 700 crore.
