Guardians of the Galaxy 3 Wraps Filming, Confirms James Gunn
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 director james Gunn has confirmed that filming is now complete. Several years ago, Marvel Studios announced plans for a third Guardians of the Galaxy film, but the production was delayed significantly owing to writer/director james Gunn's firing and rehiring. Gunn returns to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2021 after working on The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker for DC.
The primary cast members of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 returned to Atlanta in late 2021 to begin filming. chris Pratt's Star-Lord and Gamora return in the third instalment (Zoe Saldana). Chukwudi Iwuji plays an unknown figure in Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and Will Poulter plays Adam Warlock. Although the film takes place after the events of Thor: love and Thunder, few facts about the plot have been revealed.
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 has concluded filming, more than six months after it began. Gunn verified the news on Twitter. This includes work on The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, which was shot concurrently with the film. Gunn shared a photo with Pratt, Gillan, Bautista, Klementieff, and Sean Gunn to commemorate the completion of the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy. He then confirmed that Zoe Saldana was with them, but he couldn't release a photo of her because it included one unnamed actor.
