Shekar is Engaging but not Exciting?
Shekar (Rajasekhar) is a retired cop with a keen eye for detail. He is all alone. He was divorced from his wife (Atmeeya Rajan). He also loses his daughter (Shivani) and is forced to live with her memories and illusions. He drinks all day and all night. The source of his anguish is linked to his past, when he fell in love with Kaveri (Muskaan) but was unable to marry her. What part does the girl play in Shekar's life? The core of the climax is what is the root cause of all the pain in the novel.
Rajasekhar amazes us with a character that is precisely age appropriate. Sai Kumar's dubbing captures the essence of Rajasekhar. Muskaan, the george reddy actress, gained weight yet complemented Rajasekhar well. Atmeeya Rajan reprised her role from the malayalam adaptation.
Shivani Rajasekhar appeared in a few scenes as a guest star. prakash raj appears in the final scene. sameer appeared to be overweight and unhealthy, whereas the other characters appear to be OK. Every image and frame is taken from the original, thus there is no noticeable effort. Anup Rubens' background soundtrack is excellent, and the distinctive music for Rajasekhar's intro scenes is enthralling. The output values are reasonable and meet the specifications. The camera work is excellent, and the editing is up to par.
