Dhanush is in trouble with Aishwarya – dhanush waiting for a court decision.

In July 2014, the People's Organization for Tobacco Control filed a case in the madras high court to take action against the production company because the warning text on the scene where he smokes in actor Dhanush's film VIP was not proper. The case came up for hearing before Justice SM Subramaniam. At that time, while notices were sent to dhanush, director Velraj, and others, the Central and State Governments and the Censor Board explained that the action was not continued as the related case was pending.

Following this, the production company said that it apologized for the mistake and will ensure that no further mistakes are made. Judge SM Subramaniam said that the treatment and damage caused by tobacco use cost india 13 thousand 500 crores per year, and allowed an appeal against the notice sent for violating the provisions of the Prohibition of Advertising of Tobacco Products Act. The Deputy director of Public Health, who investigated the matter, filed a complaint against aishwarya Rajinikanth and actor dhanush in the Saidapet court.

The Saidapet court has ordered both of them to appear today. In this case, aishwarya Rajinikanth has filed a case in the madras high court seeking to cancel the case being held in the Saidapet court, prohibit the trial, and exempt her from appearing in the trial.

The case came up for hearing today before Judge N. Satishkumar. Senior Advocate PS Raman and Advocate Vijayan Subramanian appeared for aishwarya Rajinikanth. The judge who heard the case exempted aishwarya Rajinikanth from appearing in the Saidapet court tomorrow and adjourned the case to august 10 for a final hearing.

Meanwhile, actor dhanush is also going to file a case seeking cancellation of the case, and as he has gone abroad for "The Gray Man" film work, he is going to file a petition after returning to chennai, and it was requested that the petition should also be heard.
