Ori Devuda.. No rules applied!?

It is known about the strike that took place in tollywood a few months ago. Usually we see film workers stopping the shootings with their demands. But this month of August, the big producers put brakes on the shootings with a joint decision. At that time, they stopped their shootings and held meetings saying that some tough decisions are needed to bring down the industry which is in decline.
Due to the rapid release of new films in OTTs, the theatrical collections are decreasing..thinking about the temporary benefit..thinking that there will be huge losses in the future, it has been decided that new films should not be released in OTTs within 50 days of their release in theatres. Even though similar resolutions were passed in the past, this time it seemed that there was a consensus among the producers to strictly follow the condition. In the case of films like Bimbisara, Sitaram and Karthikeya-2 which were released at the time of this resolution, this rule was enforced a little more strictly.

If not exactly after 50 days, but after five weeks, these films came to OTT. Despite its late arrival, these films have received good response in OTTs. The theatrical run of these also lasted for many days. But this rule cannot be applied to all the other movies. Among the dussehra movies, 'Swathimutyam' has hit OTT in just three weeks.

'The Ghost' also entered the OTT within a month. diwali movie 'Ori Devuda' is coming in 20 days. Big producers like dil raju and PVP are involved in this film. There is a debate in tollywood that if such big producers break the rule they have set and release a famous film into OTT so soon, what other producers will follow this rule.
