Veera
simha Reddy, Waltair Veerayya, and
varasudu are the three upcoming
sankranti movies. When asked which of these three movies is playing in fewer theatres, we are informed that Balakrishna's
movie is the problem. Waltair Veerayya, a Mega Star, is rapidly ascending. The
varasudu producer
dil raju is also an exhibitor in addition to releasing his
movie on a large scale.
Varasudu received six theatres in Vizag, Waltair Veerayya received four, and Veera
simha Reddy received just two. Above that,
varasudu will take up residence in all premier theatres. At this point, Producers' Council has entered the picture. It has sent an open
letter to all exhibitors requesting that they allocate more theatres to uncut films than to dubs. However, it is useless.
dil raju has already quietly completed all of the theatre agreements. Now, sending a
letter is useless. It's too late for the Producer's Council to make this choice.
Additionally, the Producers' Council has no influence on
movie theatres. So, it is not necessary to take the
letter seriously. The
letter from the council is useless and just exists for name sake. It would be interesting to
watch if the veterans of the
film industry can negotiate with
dil raju or if they will bow to his influence and work with whichever theatres are available.
