Ravi Teja Gets Much Needed Josh at Box Office

Dhamaka, ravi Teja's most recent theatrical movie, is the year's major tollywood release. Even though the movie's opening reviews called it a "regular mass entertainment," it is still doing well at the box office. The ravi Teja-starring film made remarkable opening-day sales in the Telugu-speaking states despite the mixed reviews. The movie had a significant increase in Friday's evening and night performances, and because so many people are watching it, it anticipates a successful saturday and Sunday.

Now, it appears that Dhamaka will have a successful debut weekend at the box office. It's possible that this will go down as one of ravi Teja's best recent openers. Dhamaka appears to be benefiting from the wide appeal, catchy tunes, and ravi teja factor. According to the producers, Dhamaka will bring in more money at the box office than any other film in ravi Teja's history.

The first-day earnings are lower than those for ravi Teja's previous release, Rama Rao on Duty, with the difference primarily occurring in Andhra Pradesh, maybe as a result of a less-widely publicised release. Due to greater audience feedback and the upcoming holiday season, the movie is in a better position than Rama Rao was after the first day, despite its slower start. The movie may have benefited more from the holiday season, but since sunday is already a holiday and christmas and New Year's Day fall on those days, there isn't much to be gained.
