New way to reach out to CM
The chief minister said the ambitious plan was an enhanced version of the currently running Spandana program and stated that it was designed to allow individuals to contact him directly without official intervention. "The program's name alone says a lot about the strategy. The plan to provide quality service delivery has the support of the whole government apparatus. The responsible officials should prioritize resolving individual and household problems in the most effective manner possible, according to Jagan.
He further stated that it is crucial for the Collectors to ensure that the redressal is an improved, active version of Spandana. The chief minister stated that the purpose of the Projecting Monitoring Units at the CMO level, secretary, district, and Mandal level is to support the departments, and only then can a desired outcome occur.
"All grievances raised through the redressal helpline must be taken on priority by concerned officials and must be dealt with in a time-bound manner," he said. The chief minister also mentioned that the dispute-resolution hotline, 1092, has extra features, such as the ability to share messages with the cm or provide feedback on government initiatives.
