The actor welcomed a baby girl on 12th May 2023 with his wife Karishma Gulati. Harsh is married to celebrity stylist Karishma. He has worked as a child artist in the popular show 'Just Mohabbat' of the 90s. Later he worked in many other films including 'Raju Chacha', 'Secret: The Hidden Truth', 'Ek Ajooba', 'And Happy Go, Lucky'.

On 12 May 2023, Harsh Luniya and his wife Karishma Gulati announced the news of the arrival of their baby girl in a joint post on their instagram handle. The new-to-be parents shared an adorable video, which featured the cute animated unicorn. The video also included an adorable note which read, "Heaven rejoiced and angels sighed when our precious baby girl arrived home to blessed parents Karishma and Harsh, grandparents Lunias and Gulatis." Along with the video, Bindaas's parents wrote, "12.05.2023 the day god chose us to have one of his angels."

Harsh said on wife's health after delivery

In an interview with 'Etimes', Haarsh talked about his wife Karisma's health post-delivery. Talking about it, the actor revealed that his wife did not data-face any problems and is doing well. The actor expressed happiness in becoming a father and said that he is the most precious thing in his life. He also added that the entire family is overjoyed and is currently busy finalizing the name of their baby girl. 

Harsh said, "My wife Karishma is doing great, she didn't have any major delivery issues. We are happy that the universe has blessed us with a baby girl. She is the most beautiful thing my eyes have seen." Never seen one till now. Our family is very happy with us. The little princess is healthy and her mother is also completely safe. We are browsing names for her, as soon as we will finalize what suits us, we will announce it."

When Harsh and Karishma announced their pregnancy

On 27 january 2023, Harsh shared the 'good news' of pregnancy with his insta handle. The actor shared an adorable photo to announce her pregnancy. In this priceless picture, Harsh can be seen kissing his wife's baby bump. The lovebirds looked adorable as they posed together on the beach.
