Tholi Prema, Pawan Kalyan's previous huge success, was re-released on june 30. friday saw a showing of the movie at Gandhinagar's Kapardi Theatre. The second performance started at 10.30 p.m., and at about 10.45 p.m., some pawan kalyan supporters began causing a ruckus in the theatre by dancing and making noise.
Later, in their enthusiasm, they attempted to rip open the screen. They damaged the screen, some doors, and seats when the theatre workers attempted to stop them. They smashed windows as well. The theatre management summoned the police since the situation was out of control.
The business owner complained about the fans. The theatre manager B. Mohana Rao claims that during the commotion, property worth Rs. 4 lakhs was damaged. Seven pawan kalyan supporters were detained by the Narayanapuram police after they received a complaint. To apprehend everyone involved and investigate the incident's specifics, three different teams have been sent out.
