Neelakanta is a well-known director who directed successful films like 'Show', 'Missamma', and 'Virodhi'. Although he was a talented maker, he could not become a busy director. Recently, he is making a comeback with the movie 'Circle'. This movie will release soon. On this occasion, he told interesting incidents about his career gap.

'After Maya, I signed two films. They stopped for unknown reasons. mahesh bhatt asked to remake the movie 'Maya' in Hindi. I agree. But after that, he did not come forward again. The movie was stopped at the last minute. Two other films were also approached and stopped. Later a film was made in Malayalam. That's why I got such a gap.

 At that time we planned to make a Vivekananda series with Venkatesh. He also showed great interest in acting in it. But due to some reasons, it stopped. After that, I worked with him on the movie 'Enadu'. All my films are critical. If the story is right, I will work with star heroes too. Going to direct two web series soon. Their concept is ready.

 Now I am doing a film in telugu after nine years. The same 'Circle' opened with a new story. It opens with the story of how destiny brings a group of people into a circle and turns their lives into chaos. Three characters will be highlighted in this,' he said.
