Buzz: Producers & Heroes Believing Same Old Story

A protagonist who joins the special forces is a recurring motif that seems to be holding the attention of filmmakers. This main character initially plays the part of a security guard protecting another person, only to find oneself caught up in a heroic quest to rescue the planet. As an emotional relationship develops between the protagonist and a supporting figure, frequently as a result of a personal connection or aid provided, the story becomes more complex. The hero ultimately prevails bravely, saving the world from approaching calamity.

It's interesting that this plot, painstakingly crafted by a certain director, is resurfacing. Resounding praise greeted the director's first step into this narrative space, and the film's box office success was confirmed by its success. However, later attempts to reinvent this story failed miserably, disappointing spectators. Despite this stark difference in results, another daring producer recently attempted to explore the same narrative territory but was unsuccessful.

The regularity with which this director returns to the same plot, luring both well-known heroes and wealthy producers, has observers scratching their heads. According to insiders, the director is a skilled orator who is adept at weaving these plotlines during presentations. He skillfully conjures up vivid pictures that call to mind both the Bourne series and the Mission Impossible films, winning over both producers and leading men. Unfortunately, the director's technical skill does not match his narrative skill, which causes these rehashed themes to lack resonance on screen.

Despite these insights, it still baffles me why illustrious actors and prestigious producers keep supporting the director's same old plot.
