After a gap of almost five years, senior heroine anushka recently came to the audience with Miss Shetty's Mr. Polishetty. This movie is currently increasing the response day by day with word of mouth. In terms of collections, it crossed the one million mark in the US. It is getting closer to the safe zone in the telugu states as well. But there are arguments that this success may not help anushka much.    

Although there is actually a big star like anushka in this film, most of the credit for the success of the film should be given to Naneen Polishetty who played the hero. Because his relentless promotional efforts created a bit of buzz for this film and brought the audience to the theatres. After that it is gaining popularity in terms of content. It must be said that anushka is lucky that this film is a success. Because she did not participate in promotions at all.


 She worked for the film only till the shooting. If this film had been a flop, anushka would have been severely criticized. She was also blamed for staying away from promotions. But now with success, anushka got rid of that pain. It cannot be said that this success will bring her opportunities. Because the producers are looking to hire only star status heroines who have no health problems and look okay. Also, they are looking for those who can help in all ways to take their film to the public. 


But after five years, anushka got a remarkable success with Miss Shetty and kept the producers in the safe zone. It is said that the producers may not come forward to do a film with her due to her personal reasons and rules. Let's see what will happen.. If not, she has accepted two projects in Malayalam. They are currently in the filming stage.
