Leo is a film directed by lokesh kanagaraj starring Vijay as the hero. This movie got average talk. Released amid huge expectations, lokesh did not give much satisfaction compared to the previous films released in the cinematic universe. However, due to the hype of the movie, Leo collected more than one hundred crores on the first day. Meanwhile, it must be said that this movie has more than necessary characters in the movie.

Even lokesh did not use those roles correctly. Of these, director and actor Anurag Kashyap's role is particularly noteworthy. Those who have seen the movie Leo don't even understand why anurag kashyap was cast in the role. anurag kashyap will be seen in just one scene, that too for a minute. His character also simply dies at the hands of the hero. It should be said that director lokesh cast Anurag Kashyap's role in the movie only to establish the character of the hero.

It is enough to hire a small artist for that role. If anurag kashyap, who is recognized as a talented actor, is used correctly in the movie, he would have been an additional strength to the movie with a strong performance.  However, lokesh kanagaraj cut some scenes on anurag kashyap as the length of the movie was too long. As a result, he was limited to only one scene in the final.

In lokesh Kanagaraj's films death is also shown as a strong element in the story. But Anurag Kashyap's death in the film Leo did not add any strength to the movie and seemed unnecessary. Earlier, Anurag said in an interview that lokesh would have a character who dies in the film. In the end, the audience feels that anurag kashyap acted in this film only to die as he wanted.
