It is not allowed to eat any food beyond that. No matter how much work he has to do, Vijay has been following the habit of going to bed at exactly nine thirty at night and waking up at five-thirty in the morning. He does not have any commitments like late-night shooting or partying, but always follows a proper sleeping time.
Similarly, on the days of shooting, Vijay often does not have non-vegetarian food. They do not cut and talk unnecessarily during the available break times. Giving proper rest time to the body is also seen as the main reason for keeping his body fit. Actor Vijay usually does not eat hotel food. No matter how busy the job is, he eats home-cooked meals.
