Vijay Raaz claims that he was removed from 'Son of Sardar 2'?
The shooting of ajay Devgan's 'Son of Sardar 2' (SOS 2) started earlier this month and is currently being shot in the UK. However, a big controversy took place on the sets of the film, due to which Vijay raj had to be replaced. Vijay raj has given some other reason for being removed from the film.
Vijay raj removed from 'Son of Sardar 2'?
According to Pinkvilla's report, kumar mangat Pathak, who co-produces the film with Ajay, said, "Yes, it is true that we have removed Vijay raj from 'Son of Sardaar 2' because of his behaviour and demands on the set. However, Vijay says that he was replaced from the film after he did not greet ajay devgn on the set. Vijay has now been replaced by sanjay mishra in the film.
The report quotes kumar mangat as saying that Vijay had demanded bigger rooms and a vanity van and was 'overcharged' for the spot boy. "His spot boy was paid Rs 20,000 per night which is more than any big actor. The UK is an expensive place, and everyone used to get standard rooms during the shoot, but he demanded premium suites. When we tried to explain the costing to him, he refused to understand and spoke rudely.
Vijay raj accused of misbehaving with film team
Kumar alleged that Vijay has also refused to return the advance he had taken. He also alleged that Vijay repeatedly misbehaved with the film team by telling them that 'you people approached me, I did not come to ask for work.' Kumar said, "Though we tried to meet all his demands, his behaviour kept getting worse as his demands never ended."
What Vijay said?
In his defence, Vijay said that after reaching the shooting venue, he was met by ravi Kishan, director Vijay Arora and Kumar among others. He said, "I got out of the van, and saw ajay devgn standing at a distance of about 25 metres. I did not go to greet him as he was busy, and I kept talking to my friends around. After 25 minutes, kumar mangat came and told me, 'You leave the film, we are removing you.' Even met the crew, and these are the same people I interacted with. I was removed from the film 30 minutes after reaching the set because I did not greet ajay devgn, these are powerful people and there is no question of misconduct.”
