Ananya Panday's 'Call Me Bae' Trailer Sparks Excitement;

The trailer, released on august 20, has already received enthusiastic responses from fans and celebrities. sara ali khan expressed her excitement on Instagram, sharing the trailer and writing, “I can’t wait for everyone to have a binge-worthy blast thanks to you! Too much fun. @ananyapanday genuinely love you in this."

The trailer for Call Me Bae opens with ananya portraying a character who reflects on her privileged life in New Delhi, only to data-face a dramatic change when she finds her bank cards declined, marking her fall to middle-class status. The narrative follows her struggles in Mumbai, including job searches, navigating city life, and adapting to new routines.

The series, which comprises 8 episodes, is produced by karan johar, apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra, and directed by Collin D’Cunha. It features a script by ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair. ananya Panday stars in the lead role, with a supporting cast including Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and mini Mathur. Call Me Bae will premiere on amazon Prime Video on september 6.

In other news, sara ali khan is preparing for her role in the upcoming action thriller Sky Force, directed by abhishek Anil Kapur and sandeep Kewlani. Based on real events, the film celebrates a significant victory of the indian Air Force and features Akshay Kumar, Nimrat Kaur, Leena Sharma, and Veer Pahariya. It will be released in cinemas on october 2.
