The promo for the show reveals alia will appear alongside Vedang Raina and karan johar in one of the opening episodes. The trailer teases a humorous interaction with Gutthi, a character played by sunil Grover, who had a fictional romantic storyline with Ranbir on the show.
On the professional front, alia is set to star in Jigra, where she plays one of the lead roles alongside Vedang Raina. alia is also co-producing the film, which is rumored to be a remake of the 1993 film Gumrah. However, the production house has clarified that Jigra is not a direct adaptation but will feature significant modifications, including a switch in the dynamic from a romantic relationship to that of siblings.
