A special court was set up in 2018, but many witnesses turned hostile during the trial. bhavana doesn't want to label herself a "victim". She also complained that some consider her an accused and demanded to prove her innocence. During the cross-checking of her in court, she was asked very bad questions and she did not want to answer them, but she bravely moved forward so that no one would be in a similar situation again.
