Scam going on in the name of singer Chitra..!?
Popular playback singer K.S.Chitra has sung more than 25 thousand songs in various languages. There is no one who is not mesmerized by her voice. At an early age, she studied at Cotton Hill government School for Girls, Thiruvananthapuram, and from there, she gradually developed her singing skills and is at the top today. Chitra, known by her fans as Chinnakuyil and Isai Kuyil, has been a leading playback singer in the film industry for more than 40 years. She has sung thousands of songs in many languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Hindi, Assamese, bengali etc.
So far, she has received six national awards, six South indian Filmfare awards, various state awards, and India's highest Padma Vibhushan award. Although she is not directly involved in the problem of money laundering, many scams are taking place in her name. So she advised people to be cautious. She has asked people to be aware of money laundering advertisements by starting a fake account on data-facebook in her name.
In a fake account created in the name of singer Chitra, Chitra has posted that she is an ambassador of reliance Industries Limited and that if she deposits Rs. 10,000 and gets shares, the value will increase to Rs. 50,000 in a week. Shocked by this, singer Chitra immediately clarified that "it was not me". They have also said that they will give an iphone as a gift to Chitra's fans. Chitra, who came to know about this ad through her friends, has warned that it is a scam using her name and that no one should be fooled.
