In a remarkably short span, young actor suhas carved a niche for himself in the film industry, earning the title of a ‘bankable hero.’ However, his recent film, Janaka Aithe Ganaka, has not fared well at the box office, prompting discussions about his project selection and future direction.

Competing against films like Viswam, Maa Nanna Superhero, and Vettaiyan, Janaka Aithe Ganaka failed to attract audiences, particularly during the Dusshera season, a prime time for movie releases. The film, directed by sandeep Reddy Bandla—who previously contributed to the blockbuster Salaar—did not replicate that success in his directorial debut. This raises critical questions about whether suhas should reassess his strategy when choosing projects and directors.

While suhas has taken bold creative risks, such as in Ambajipet marriage Band, the execution of these projects seems to be where the problem lies. Many of the directors he has worked with struggle to translate innovative ideas into compelling cinema, leading to a series of underwhelming box office performances.

The impact of these disappointments has been palpable, causing suhas to lose momentum in an industry that often rewards consistent success. Even with the support of a prominent producer like dil Raju, Janaka Aithe Ganaka could not turn the tide, managing only moderate performance overseas while being met with lukewarm reception in the telugu states.

Looking ahead, suhas has several upcoming projects, including Cable Reddy, Ananda Rao Adventures, and Uppu Kapparambu, which may hold promise. However, to regain his footing, he needs another hit akin to Colour Photo, a film that not only showcased his talent but also resonated with audiences. As he navigates this challenging phase, a careful reevaluation of his choices could be crucial in determining his future success in the industry.
